1. Scope of Support
1.1 This Technical Support is limited to issues related to the proper use of the CIVIREVIVAL game and associated services, including but not limited to:
(1) Technical issues such as game client download, installation, or update failures;
(2) Operational issues such as in-game feature malfunctions, performance lag, or application crashes.
2. Exclusions from Support
2.1 The following situations are not covered by this Technical Support:
(1) Issues caused by hardware failures of the user’s device, incompatible operating system versions, or failure to meet the minimum system requirements for running the game;
(2) Service disruptions caused by Internet service provider failures or interference from third-party software (e.g., antivirus software, firewalls);
(3) Account restrictions or feature malfunctions resulting from a user’s violation of the User Agreement;
(4) Issues arising from the use of game clients downloaded from unofficial sources;
(5) Requests beyond reasonable use, including but not limited to customization of game content or modification of gameplay.

(1) A description of the issue (including the exact time of occurrence and detailed symptoms);

4. Response Time
4.1 Due to limited development resources, the developer will respond within 24–48 hours of receiving your email (responses may be delayed during public holidays). Complex issues may require longer investigation; in such cases, the estimated processing time will be communicated to you.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 Technical Support is limited to issue diagnosis and providing solution recommendations. There is no guarantee that all issues can be fully resolved (e.g., due to limitations of individual development capabilities or third-party factors).
5.2 The developer shall not be held responsible for failure to resolve issues caused by the user’s failure to provide necessary informationas requested.
